If you are staying outside Pantai Cenang, we may need your room number. This is so that, if we are unable to reach you by phone, we can contact the receptionist and ask them to alert you in your room that the driver is coming.

You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour starts. For example, if your tour is scheduled for 10:00 AM, you should arrive by 9:30 AM.

Arriving early allows us to make the necessary preparations for you, including preparing your water shoes, dry bag, and vest according to your size.

Yes, it is okay. Jet Skis are much easier to operate than motorcycles, which require more balancing. With a Jet Ski, you mainly need to control the handle.

Extra tips:

• The faster you go, the more stable the Jet Ski will be. If you go too slowly, you may be more affected by the movement of the waves.
• If you fall off, simply get back onto the Jet Ski. Do not be scared—just enjoy the adrenaline. It is your time to shine!
• If anything happens to your Jet Ski or if you have any questions, please inform your tour guide.

You may wear anything that you feel comfortable in and that is suitable for water activities, such as jerseys, burkinis, or swimsuits.

However, we do not recommend wearing cotton clothing because it may become heavy after absorbing water, which could make you feel uncomfortable.

You can store your belongings in our free locker. All your belongings and equipment for the session, including the rental items, will be kept together in the locker at the counter.

Yes, you may bring your phone with you during any of the water sports we provide. However, if your phone falls or anything happens to it, it will be entirely at your own risk.

We provide a dry bag, but we recommend that you bring your own waterproof phone case for additional protection. You can purchase one at any shop that sells them.

Yes, you may upgrade your package either the day before the tour or on the day of the tour.

However, this depends on the situation, as the maximum number of Jet Skis per tour is six. If there are more than six Jet Skis, the arrangement will need to be reorganised by the manager or the person in charge of the counter for safety purposes.

Therefore, it is better to book your upgraded package in advance.

Yes, you may rearrange the date with our operator via WhatsApp or at the booth itself.

We can also cancel the tour at any time and provide a refund within 24 hours if you booked directly with our company. However, if you booked through an agent or any other website, you will need to settle the cancellation or refund directly with them.

Our terms are simple: you may cancel at any time as long as you have not yet boarded the Jet Ski.

The public toilet is quite far from our booth, approximately 300 metres away, and it takes around 5–8 minutes to reach.

Please prepare RM1 for the public toilet per entry.

Reminder: If you would like to use the toilet before the tour, please make sure you go earlier. We do not suggest going to the toilet 15 minutes before the tour starts.
